TESTIMONIALS
The book presents a pioneering methodology and its originality is based on the non-existence of environmental signs systems, created from environmental legislation – set out in a systematic way for use in protected areas; legitimacy of sign systems self-development by local communities; and its unavailability as institutional resource for environmental education.
The idea of symbolic rereading of the law developed in this book by Prof. Deraldo Moraes seeks to rescue its true role, serve the people not the State, demystify, socialize, and make it accessible and understandable throughout society.
I welcome you to participate as co-author of the symbolic socialization process of law by using this methodology, because the protection of ecosystems largely depends on careful comprehension of law and you can still contribute to the planet's sustainability.

It offers a well-documented appreciation-discussion and presents a set of suggestions for symbols, created after determining situations and circumstances under the Brazilian environmental legislation able to justify them.
